What this site collects

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and general information about the device and browser used. Google may set analytics cookies and process this data under its own privacy terms. There are no advertising pixels. Information you provide through subscriptions, contact forms, and digital product checkout is handled as described below.

What your browser stores

Your light or dark theme choice is saved inlocalStorage under eud-theme. It never leaves your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing site data removes it.

Digital product purchases

Checkout takes place on Stripe or PayPal. Your payment details go directly to the provider you choose. This site does not receive or store your card number. The provider handles your payment under its own privacy terms.

We store an order reference, the product, its price and currency, payment status, transaction references, your payment email address, email delivery status, and order timestamps in a private database on our hosting server. Product downloads are stored privately on that server. An order access cookie lasts for 30 days and allows the purchasing browser to retrieve its files. Clearing that cookie removes browser access, so save your downloads after checkout. When purchase emails are enabled, we send your email address and purchase details to Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to deliver a private download link. That link works for 30 days and is disabled if the payment is refunded or reversed. Purchase emails do not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us with your receipt if you need help accessing a purchase.

If you subscribe by email

Your email address, and the tag identifying which form you used, are sent to Kit (ConvertKit), the email provider, and stored there. That is the whole record. It is used to send the emails you asked for and nothing else. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you.

If you use the contact form

The name, email, message, and company name (for brand inquiries) you type are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to our inbox so they can be read and replied to. They are not added to any mailing list.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated spam. The security check connects your browser to Cloudflare, and our server verifies its result before sending your message. See the Turnstile privacy policy for details.

Embedded video

Video clips are shown as a still image and a play button. No request is made to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube until you press play. Once you do, that platform's own privacy terms apply to the embed.

Following an affiliate link takes you to a retailer who may set their own cookies. See the disclosure page for how those links work.

Hosting

The site and its form and payment services run on our hosting server, managed through xCloud. The server processes requests to serve the site and operate these services.
